Services

I provide psychotherapy for adult individuals. Please note that I am currently only offering video teletherapy.

Length of therapy session

Sessions are 60 minutes in length.

Cost of session

The cost of each session is $160. I do offer a reduced rate for clients who have limited or no insurance. This cost would be determined with the client. Please note there are limited reduced rate spaces available.

Payment policies

Payment is expected on the day of the session via e-transfer or by credit card.

Cancellation policy

In the event that you do not provide notice of cancellation within 24 hours, or if you do not show up to the session, the full fee for the session will be due.

Insurance

After you have paid for our session in full, you will be emailed a receipt that includes my registration number with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). This receipt can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. Prior to our first session, please verify that social workers are covered under your insurance plan.

Location

I am based in Ottawa. I currently only offering video sessions to individuals located in Ontario. All video sessions are done through Jane App, a secure, end-to-end encrypted, PHIPA-compliant platform.
